Planning and Research for Contents Pages

My contents page needs to fit with and codes and conventions of a pop magazine, as well and suit my target audience. To fit the conventions, the colour scheme needs to match the front cover, using bright blue, pink and yellow. There needs to be some use of columns to organise the page and a good use of images. To suit my target audience, the contents needs to be easy to read, with article names that will catch the readers eye. There needs to be correct spelling and blullet point-style article names. Correct use of punctuation is not important for this target audience as 9-15 year olds may see the text as blunt and boring if it is too formal. Any models need to be wearing fashionable clothing (nothing too provocative for the young audience) and looking happy and childish in their pose.
I have compared two pop music magazine contents pages.
